Ann Fair is the owner and Managing Broker of Ann Fair Real Estate, Inc. Ann and Chris are based on the Pearl Street Mall in beautiful downtown Boulder, Colorado! A long time resident of Boulder, Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Colorado - Boulder in 1977 and taught in the Boulder Valley Public Schools prior to becoming a full time realtor in 1990.
Ann was born and raised in the Village of Proctor in Vermont. Her small town values are the source of her fierce loyalty and commitment to her family, friends, clients and community. Ann is proud and enthusiastic about the opportunity of working with you and providing you with her superior service and attention to every detail of your real estate transaction.
Chris Fair
Chris Fair earned his Broker Associate license from the Colorado Real Estate Commission in 2010. He currently works with Ann to provide excellent customer service and support to Ann's buyers and sellers!
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Chris retired as Chief Pilot and Airbus A-320 Capitan from Frontier Airlines in January 2015 and is now an instructor for Frontier Airlines on the Airbus A-320.

Henry earned his AKC (American Kennel Club) Designation in 2023. Born in 2023, Henry is the fourth Labrador Retriever to be a part of our family and Ann Fair Real Estate, Inc. He is a constant fun loving, loyal, playful and energetic dog. Henry, also known as Hank has a joyous and humorous "Dog Personality". He brings happiness, fun and a valued presence and peace and serenity to every minute of our day to day business operations to all of us at Ann Fair Real Estate!
